How long will it take for my Chomps to ship?

Tracking information for an order is typically sent within one business day. When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with delivery information from the carrier. Depending on where you’re located shipping times are normally 3-6 business days.

How much does Chomps charge for shipping?

All orders over $30 will receive free shipping*! You can also sign up for a subscription and get free shipping on every order, every time. Orders under $30 will be charged a $5 flat rate shipping fee. It’s just like picking up Chomps in your local grocery store except we bring them right to your door! 

*Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guatemala qualify for free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 must pay a $10 flat rate shipping fee.  

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $30. We charge a $5 flat rate shipping fee on orders below $30 to incentivize Chompians to bundle their order, reducing the number of packages on the road. It’s a win-win, actually! Just by ordering one 24-pack you get the lowest price-per-stick, free shipping, and more delicious snacks at the ready!

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via standard shipping carriers such as USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Shipped, can I still cancel or return my order?

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return unopened products within our return policy guidelines. Please confirm if you would like to proceed with a return and our team at team@chomps.com will send you a prepaid return label. 

Shipped – can I apply a discount to my order?

In most cases we can apply a discount code retroactively. If the code has not been used on any of your previous orders, and the order has been placed within the last few days, we can make it work. Please reach out to team@chomps.com with the discount code you would like to apply and our team will review your request and respond promptly. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide the appropriate P.O. box address during checkout to ensure proper delivery.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please provide the appropriate address during checkout to ensure your order reaches you.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. This is due to USDA regulations, but we hope to offer international shipping in the future and appreciate your interest. 

Can I get Chomps in Canada?

As of right now, Chomps are not available in Canada. We hope to have them available sometime in the future!
